Biography:
Jimmie is a member of the American College of Trial Lawyers, She has tried over 200 lawsuits to a conclusion mostly jury trials. Jimmie is President of the Tennessee Board of Law Examiners, appointed by the Tennessee Supreme Court. The BLE oversees licensure for new lawyers. She is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. She is a charter member and past president of the Northeast Tennessee Chapter of the Federal Bar Association. She has also been selected to be a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation and the Tennessee Bar Foundation. She has previously served in various leadership roles in the Tennessee Bar Association. She was selected as a “Super Lawyer” in the Mid-South in 2009, 2010 and was chosen to be included in the Best Lawyers in 2009 and 2010.
