Biography:
Michael L. Forrester is a partner in the Firm’s Labor and Employment and Civil Litigation practice areas. He is a member of the American, Tennessee and Kingsport Bar Associations, and maintains membership in the Tort and Insurance Practice Section of the American Bar Association and the Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association. He is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation. He was elected to and now serves in the Tennessee Bar Association House of Delegates. He is a member of the University of Tennessee Knoxville Alumni Board of Directors. He is a former member of the Tennessee Bar Association Young Lawyers Division Executive Council and Board of Directors, and the Tennessee Bar Continuing Legal Education Committee. He is a member of the Legislative Affairs Committee for the Kingsport Chamber of Commerce, and has served on the Chamber’s Business Development Committee and the Executive Committee for Kingsport Fun Fest. Mr. Forrester is an active member of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Kingsport, Tennessee.
