Biography:
Mr. Argabrite is the firm’s Managing Partner and concentrates on corporate and commercial transactions, primarily in the banking and healthcare areas. He has been lead counsel on hospital mergers, bank holding company mergers and acquisitions, and real estate syndication projects as well as bond counsel on industrial development revenue bonds and tax increment financing bonds.
Mr. Argabrite was a member of the Editorial Board of the Wake Forest Law Review, publishing two case notes.
Mr. Argabrite has been recognized in Best Lawyers in America for 2009 and 2010 (Banking). He has served on several Tennessee Bar Association and Tennessee Bar Foundation committees. He is a Fellow in the Tennessee Bar Foundation and a past president of the Kingsport, Tennessee Bar Association. He is active in a variety of civic, charitable and community organizations including First Presbyterian Church, United Way of Kingsport, Wake Forest University Alumni Council, King College Board of Trustees, Tennessee Golf Foundation, and Rotary International.
