Michael Lattier concentrates on helping clients with business and commercial transactions, working with employers in all facets of employment law, and litigating cases when issues arise that cannot be resolved informally. Mr. Lattier focuses his litigation practice in the areas of business and commercial, employment, and wills and trusts disputes.

He has the distinction of trying the first case before a Sullivan County jury under the Tennessee Adult Protection Act, which resulted in a successful verdict for his client. Mr. Lattier’s ability to see how corporate issues can be affected by the courtroom brings a unique and important perspective to his clients.
