Biography
Bill Argabrite concentrates his practice on corporate and commercial transaction work, including numerous mergers and acquisitions projects in which he served as lead counsel for both sellers and buyers. He has significant experience in tax-exempt bond financing for industrial and health care facilities, and private placement offerings for banks and real estate syndication projects.
Mr. Argabrite has served as bond counsel on industrial development revenue bonds and tax increment financing bonds. His clients include hospital systems; physician practice groups and ambulatory surgery centers; community banks and bank holding companies; real estate development companies; and other similar niche businesses.
As an active member of his community in Kingsport, Tennessee, Mr. Argabrite has been involved in a variety of civic and charitable organizations, including Tennessee Bar Foundation, United Way, Rotary International, and Tennessee Golf Foundation. Mr. Argabrite is married, with two adult children.
