Greg Haden is a partner in the firm’s litigation and employment law practice groups. He has substantial jury/non-jury trial experience, as well as appellate experience, in both state and federal courts in Tennessee. Mr. Haden has represented individuals, small businesses, manufacturing companies, hospitals and insurance carriers in a variety of litigated matters, including personal injury cases, products liability cases, workers’ compensation cases, insurance coverage cases, and general tort cases. He has secured numerous 5-figure, 6-figure and 7-figure awards for his individual clients, and he has had equal success representing corporate clients.

Mr. Haden obtained his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Virginia. He is admitted to practice before the Tennessee Supreme Court and all state courts in Tennessee. Moreover, he is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee, the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

Mr. Haden has spoken to many bar associations and business organizations on tort law topics, workers’ compensation issues, and civil trial strategies. He is a former member of the Tennessee Supreme Court’s Commission on Continuing Legal Education (CLE) and Specialization.  

Mr. Haden currently serves on the board of directors for Colonial Heights Rebels Baseball, Inc. For many years, he served as head coach of the Rebels 12U travel baseball team. He formerly instructed adult education and GED courses in the greater Kingsport area.
