Matthew Bettis practices in the area of civil litigation. He serves clients in a variety of general civil litigation matters including tort and personal injury, health care liability, construction law, contract disputes, workers’ compensation, and insurance defense. He also represents clients in various family law matters involving divorce, child custody, visitation, child support, parental relocation, grandparent visitation, adoption, paternity, orders of protection, termination of parental rights, and dependency and neglect.
