Sarah Valk counsels individuals, families, and business owners in the creation of trusts, wills, financial and health care powers of attorney, guardianships, and conservatorships. Mrs. Valk understands the importance of personal, legal, and financial decisions regarding estate planning. Mrs. Valk works to ensure the estate and trust administration process is not overwhelming for her clients.

Mrs. Valk serves clients in a variety of general civil litigation matters, including personal injury, contract disputes, and insurance defense. Mrs. Valk has represented hospitals, physicians, nurses, and other health care providers in health care liability cases.

During law school, Mrs. Valk gained experience as a law clerk in both estate and conservatorship matters, as well as criminal and juvenile matters. Mrs. Valk continues her passion of serving the public by volunteering and providing legal guidance by volunteering monthly with Legal Aid of East Tennessee.

Mrs. Valk is a native of Kingsport, Tennessee.
