Malpractice Claim Dismissed Early in Litigation
| Partners Morris Hadden and Caroline Williams successfully defended a dental malpractice claim in Knox County Circuit Court in May 2020. The dentist was sued for compensatory and punitive damages. Mr. Hadden and Mrs. Williams filed a Motion to Dismiss, which was granted at an early stage in the litigation, after they were able to successfully challenge, attack and disqualify the plaintiff’s dental expert witness. |
