Rachel Mancl is a partner in the firm’s corporate department where she concentrates on estate planning and administration, corporate and estate litigation, transactional law, bankruptcy, foreclosure, and creditors’ rights.

Ms. Mancl has been a featured speaker at numerous seminars for estate planning, probate, creditor’s rights, and bankruptcy for attorneys, businesses, and community groups.

After law school, Ms. Mancl served as law clerk to the Honorable Marcia Phillips Parsons, Chief U.S. Bankruptcy Judge for the Eastern District of Tennessee.
