Practice Experience:

Mr. Argabrite serves as managing partner for the firm. His practice concentrates on corporate and commercial transaction work, primarily in banking, health care and real estate. Mr. Argabrite has provided legal services on numerous merger and acquisition transactions, including serving as lead counsel on several projects. He has significant experience in tax-exempt bond financing for industrial and healthcare facilities, and private placement offerings for banks and real estate syndication projects. In addition, Mr. Argabrite has served as bond counsel on industrial development revenue bonds and tax increment financing bonds. His list of clients includes hospital systems, physician practice groups and ambulatory surgery centers; community banks and bank holding companies; real estate development companies, and other similar niche businesses.

Biography:

A native of Kingsport, Tennessee, Mr. Argabrite attended college and law school at Wake Forest University, and practiced with Dearborn & Ewing in Nashville, Tennessee from 1978 to 1982. Active in his community and beyond, he has been involved in a variety of civic and charitable organizations, including United Way, Rotary International and Tennessee Golf Foundation. Mr. Argabrite is married, with two adult children.
