We serve as counsel to several governmental and quasi-governmental entities including airport commissions and economic development partnerships.  From time to time, we have represented several cities and counties on specific assignments including real estate acquisitions, government owned industrial parks, airport improvement bonds, applications for state and federal funding, Federal Aviation Administration regulatory issues, and the establishment of Foreign Trade Zone No. 204 and an approved United States Customs Station.

We also represent public utilities and appear regularly before the Tennessee Regulatory Agency for rate hearings and other matters related to electricity regulation.

We represent several utility districts which provide water services to local residents.
